  I've been to a number of HIIT classes in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and Tabata Ultimate Fitness remains one of my favorites. Great energy in a no judgement zone and the the instructors always pay attention to each student, providing feedback on your form if needed. The class is challenging, but you'll be motivated to push yourself. Each class offers a variety of exercises, so I never get bored - it's quite addicting! I highly recommend you check this place out.
