I got a haircut from Mayuu and it was a great experience. I've never been so happy with a haircut. I was delayed in getting there and they were very kind and understanding. The salon has a warm vibe and cool decor. The staff are all friendly, nice, and professional. Mayuu and I went over the photos of the cut I wanted and we discussed the look, what she would do, and how much it would be. The communication was great. She understood what I wanted so perfectly and knew just how to achieve it. The whole process was smooth and pleasant (great wash, nice complimentary tea, efficient cut). Mayuu is an amazing stylist, she's clearly very knowledgeable and has great recommendations, but doesn't make any assumptions, she really makes sure you're comfortable and on the same page. She was extremely patient and helpful in deciding what would look best. She gave me the exact look I was going for. An extremely skilled and considerate stylist!
