  AMAZING! This just opened in the neighborhood and I am so glad I joined. If you are looking for a non-judgmental and inspiring environment when you workout, CF outbreak is the place. All the coaches are top notch and are extremely supportive, regardless of your fitness level. Any workout can be tailored to your level and the coaches sincerely want to help you achieve your goals. They are all super easy to talk to and truly sincere. One of the things that really stood out is that this is not just a CrossFit gym, they offer so much more - Muay Thai, Interval classes, Mobility classes, Movement classes (and more to come). I can't recommend this place enough! If you are looking to make a positive change in your life or looking to up your fitness, why not do it in a motivating, fun and uplifting community - it will be the best decision you ever made!

  What can I say - I love this place! I started CrossFit about 3 months ago and I'll admit - I was super intimidated at first. From day one, I've found both the coaches and more experienced members to be very supportive and inclusive...whether you've been doing this for 5 years or 5 minutes, you never feel out of place and everyone is being pushed to their personal limits. The coaches are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable and the workouts are challenging. If CrossFit isn't your thing, they also offer HIIT, rowing, gymnastics, and aerial yoga classes.
  
  Overall, I've seen quite a bit of progress already in my technique (and confidence :-), and I've met some great folks along the way. I think if you're curious about CrossFit, check out the free trial class...cause why not?
