  Maybe some of the staff here should be trained in costomer service rather than talking in circles. This gym will over charge you, double bill you and change your membership without permission. When confronted they will try to (poorly) talk their way out of the situation rather than actually fixing the problem. I'm sure some of the staff are hard working and know what they are doing, just not any of the ones I spoke to. One of whom claimied to be a manager. Don't waste your time on this mediocre gym that hires so many incompetent staff. There are so many other gyms in the area.
